Who we are
BramForgeLabs ("BramForgeLabs," "we," "us") is a sole proprietorship operated out of Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through bramforgelabs.com, why we collect it, and what your options are. If you have questions, contact us at bramforgelabs@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect as little as we can get away with. Specifically:
- Email address, if you subscribe to the D·A·D newsletter. This is collected and processed by our newsletter platform, Beehiiv, via distilledaidigest.com. We don't see or store your email address ourselves outside of Beehiiv's system.
- Purchase and payment information, if you buy the AI for IT — Use Case Playbook. All checkout and payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record for this transaction. We never see, collect, or store your card number, billing address, or other payment details — Lemon Squeezy does, under its own privacy policy.
- Basic, aggregated site analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you individually across sites. It tells us things like how many people visited a page, not who you are.
We do not use tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party advertising networks on this site.
How we use your information
- To deliver the D·A·D newsletter you signed up for, and to send occasional related updates (you can unsubscribe at any time — every issue includes an unsubscribe link).
- To fulfill a product purchase and provide customer support related to that purchase (refunds, delivery issues, license questions).
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, so we can improve it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this site and business, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and order fulfillment for the AI for IT Playbook.
- Beehiiv — D·A·D newsletter hosting and delivery.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, security, and cookieless site analytics.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing bramforgelabs@gmail.com. For newsletter data, you can also unsubscribe directly using the link in any email. For payment data, requests about information Lemon Squeezy holds should go to Lemon Squeezy directly, since we don't hold that data ourselves.
Data retention
We keep newsletter subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed, and purchase records for as long as needed to honor refund requests, resolve disputes, and meet our own tax and accounting obligations.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
