These Terms of Service govern your use of bramforgelabs.com and any product purchased through it, including the AI for IT — Use Case Playbook. BramForgeLabs is a sole proprietorship operated out of Ontario, Canada. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. The AI for IT — Use Case Playbook is a digital reference document — a 206-page PDF — sold as a one-time purchase for $69 CAD. It is delivered instantly on purchase via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. No physical goods are shipped. It is a reference and planning document, not software, not a consulting engagement, and not a guarantee of any particular business outcome.
When you purchase the Playbook, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own reference and for internal work at your organization. Specifically:
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Playbook: if it isn't what you expected, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, purchases are final.
The Playbook and any other BramForgeLabs content are educational and reference material. They are not consulting services, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional judgment specific to your organization's situation. You're responsible for evaluating whether and how to apply anything in it to your own environment.
Purchasing the Playbook does not include implementation services, ongoing support, a guaranteed update schedule, proprietary code or SDKs, or any vendor endorsement. See the product page for the full list of what's included and excluded.
The Playbook and this site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI use cases, effort estimates, and architectural patterns are guidance based on general practice, not a guarantee that any specific implementation will succeed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BramForgeLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the Playbook. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
